This location is our favorite! We are regulars there and the staff make a point to greet us every time with a smile. If I go alone to pick up food, they always ask about my 5 and half year old son. We go here for the service and quality of the food. It’s worth the money and we go very often. Highly recommend this location for a great burgers and fries!! My son is a major fan; we go there weekly for him!
I can say with confidence that this is the best burger store in whole united states, when you taste it, you will discover you eat nothing before. Black trufee is a must
The only issue I have with Shake Shack is its cost without offering combo deals. The food is good though! This location however is very clean and has such friendly staff. They seem genuinely happy to work there and do their job, which is hard to say for most places. So management/ Shake Shack must be doing something right.
Amazing customer service! SAM was so friendly , she was seriously the best! Sam took the time out to talk to me and discuss the different vegan/vegeteranian options. She also followed up with my meal and was great! The food was amazing! I the Truffle burger with mushrroms and lettuce. I also got the truffle fries and nuggest.

Ordered burgers and shakes for our corporate office. Pete, Alex, and Jared all assisted me with questions and online help (my order was larger) and then actually brought me the order. The shakes were all perfect and they were able to break out certain parts of the order for a meeting. Did I mention the fries were crispy?!! How does a large order of fries stay crispy??? Nothing but really great things to say about this team and their outstanding efforts to make our luncheon special, tasty, and on time. Thank you!!
Great place for delicious burgers, although I do love the hot dogs too! We tried the chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, but the burgers and cheese fries are the best. They also have amazing milkshakes. Service is good, they seem to have a good system in getting the food out. Definitely one of our favorite places!!
I’m not generally a fan of fast food, but I was really hungry one day and looking for fast food near me. I saw Shake Shack and remembered that I had been to a Shake Shack once before and I really liked it. Well, this one did not disappoint. I had an avocado and bacon hamburger and it was delicious. I’m sorry that the nearest one to my home is about 15 or 16 miles but when I’m in Marlton, I will certainly stop by to Shake Shack
